On February 13, 2009 at the NBA All-Star Weekend Reebok aftershow, Cudi was tasered and handcuffed following an argument with Reebok sponsors. Their insistence that he wear Reebok sneakers during his performance, and his adamant refusal to do so, caused the verbal disagreement to escalate into a physical altercation.
